1. PURPOSE
Procedure
In order to maintain the machines and equipments in good condition the following SOP’s are adopted

2. SCOPE
Maintenance of various essential utility equipments in good condition. Achieve good output and less maintenance expenses, by adopting the following procedures.
The major equipments covered by the utility department are:
a. Generator
b. Steamer
c. A.H.U. (Air Compressor)
d. Water Treatment (Pumps, Filter, infrastructure etc)
e. Electrical Network and Infrastructure
f. Hydrant Network and Infrastructure
g. Sewage Treatment
h. Various Equipments in Production Area

4. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES
a. Overall responsibility for MAINTENANCE activities
b. Develop integrated MAINTENANCE plan, implementation schedule, cost estimation, and manpower management.
c. Supervise ongoing MAINTENANCE implementation to meet deadline, budget control and quality excellence.
d. Control and monitoring MAINTENANCE project cost Manage contractors and in-house team during implementation phase to ensure the project can be completed within schedule and budget
e. Responsible for all project documentation to ensure complete and well-manage certification
f. Coordinate with related department to ensure a smooth running of the MAINTENANCE
g. Electrical System, Supply & Operations.
h. Water Treatment System, Supply & Operations.
i. Air High Pressure 10 bar System, Supply & Operations.
j. Sewage Treatment System, & Operations.
k. Cooling System (AC, Chiller, and Freezer).
l. Maintenance all Machinery in Factory.
